| CLIENT | Pilbara Innovation Partnership |
| LOCATION | Hillside Station, Marble Bar (WA) |
| TIMEFRAME | 2025 |
agdots was engaged by the Pilbara Extension Network (PEN) to design and deliver a tailored leadership development workshop for station managers participating in a 12-month pilot program under the Pilbara Innovation Partnership (PIP), a collaboration between the Department of Primary Industry and Regional Development (DPIRD), Rio Tinto and Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA). The program supports pastoral leaders to design and lead on-station research projects while strengthening their capacity to contribute to regional and industry-wide impact. In response to participant needs, agdots developed a one-day interactive workshop focused on adaptive leadership, self-awareness, and communication using DiSC assessments. The process included pre-engagement with participants, integration of individual and collective behavioural insights, and the design of a culturally and psychologically safe learning environment. The workshop enabled participants to explore leadership beyond the individual, embrace complex challenges, and connect their personal strengths to collective industry change.
