Agdots was lead facilitator for the Leading Australian Resilient Communities (LARC) leadership program in the Mid West, delivered by Leadership WA and the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation (ARLF). LARC consisted of place-based forums, webinars, presentation of data and insights, as well as an intensive residential Leadership Program held across two sessions. LARC was a national pilot program supporting regional communities to meet challenges and collectively drive the positive changes they want to see in their region. It recognises that true resilience is not merely about ‘coping’ or ‘surviving’, but about change, readiness and opportunity.
