agdots was engaged to review the Kimberley Community Legal Services (KCLS) strategic plan to ensure its alignment with the organisation’s evolving goals and the changing external environment. The review that agdots designed provided KCLS an opportunity to assess the effectiveness of the strategies implemented thus far, identify areas for improvement, and incorporate new priorities that had emerged. Given the geographical spread of stakeholders, an online survey was developed and circulated to both Board and staff to capture comprehensive data and key insights, which informed an interactive face-to-face workshop with the Board and presentation back to the staff. The data, discussion and findings from the stakeholder engagement and data analysis informed the detailed review of the strategic plan.
