agdots was engaged to review the Diversity in Agriculture Leadership Program (DiALP) which was developed by the National Farmers’ Federation in 2018 to meet the 2030 Roadmap goal of doubling the number of women in agriculture leadership. With 64 graduates across seven cohorts, a comprehensive review was conducted to assess the program’s structure, offerings, and alignment with its purpose. Through qualitative interviews with stakeholders, the review examined the program’s impact, relevance, and areas for improvement, including its effectiveness as a pathway for fostering diversity and inclusion in agriculture. The findings provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance the program’s value, positioning, and future contribution to increasing women’s leadership participation in the industry.
