TC Seroja crossed the Midwest coast as a Cat 3 system on 11 April 2021 impacting 50,000 people across 16 local government areas over 170,000km. agdots was engaged to work with the most severely impacted communities to develop Local Operational Recovery Plans. Due to other disrupting factors related to COVID-19 the recovery time frames of TC Seroja were significantly delayed which further exacerbated social, environmental, economic and built impacts on these at risk communities.
