The Changemaker Workshops are one of a series of community leadership activities offered by the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation, made available to 35 regions across Australia as part of the Helping Regional Communities Prepare for Drought Initiative, funded by the Future Drought Fund. agdots was invited to facilitate several of the hands-on two-day workshop across regional WA for community members who seek to make a difference in their community.
Workshop participants move through a methodology that invites them to consider how they can best drive, contribute to and sustain change to solve challenges through a strengths-based and adaptive leadership approach.
