As an Associate with the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation and an experienced agricultural leader, Elizabeth was engaged to design and facilitate the Australian Agribusiness Leadership Program (AALP) in 2023 and 2024. The AALP is a bespoke 12-day leadership development program run over two sessions that builds leadership capability for a thriving agribusiness industry. Participants are typically from Executive and Senior Management levels within agribusinesses across Australia. The program focusses on the development of both individual and collective change, designed to foster an adaptive leadership style and cross-sectoral collaboration. The AALP combines current adult education and development principles with relevancy to the Australian agribusiness sector.
